AL Solutions

AL Solutions (AL2s3) is a life sciences recruitment agency I led brand and marketing for as Marketing Executive, then Marketing Manager, from 2019 to 2021. I managed their social media, newsletters and content creation across LinkedIn and Instagram, and built their visual identity from the ground up, infographics, website, brand assets. Over that period: 100K+ monthly impressions, 5K+ followers gained and a 150% increase in engagement. This was my first marketing leadership role, and the relationship I build and trust fostered led me to working with ALS as my first freelance client.
