Set myself a 30-day personal challenge: 30 videos in 30 days, no exceptions. I built a repeatable content pipeline, sourcing viral Reddit jokes, converting them into voiceovers with ElevenLabs AI, then editing subtitles, branding and pacing over satisfying background clips in Premiere Pro. I ran that formula daily for the full 30 days, growing the channel to 25K+ subscribers (now 20K+). Although I stopped after hitting 30 days, one video hit 14M views and went viral, which made it a worthwile project.
